Leghorn (Bantam)

The bantam leghorn is a quarter of the size of the large fowl. They are very good layers of white eggs. They can fly very well but are suited to both a free range and contained environment. Leghorns, large fowl and bantam are very economical as they are light eaters and prolific layers.

Hatching eggs can also be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, packed in purpose made polystyrene boxes at the postage cost of £6 per half dozen.
